About Us

Jennifer L. Darley, Esq (Attorney)

Jennifer is a Family Law Attorney focused on representing your family’s needs during your most challenging life transitions and values her role as Counselor of Law as you navigate these difficult times. Jennifer understands your family matters and has made it her mission to help families through the process with as little harm as possible. Her focus is centered on your family law matter being as amicable as possible for everyone involved so that the damage caused by litigation can be avoided. However, when necessary, Jennifer is also ready to fight for what matters most – your family.

Jennifer chose family law as a way to fill the need for practitioners with a mindset to help change people’s lives with as much compassion and dignity as possible. She leads the initiative in bringing Collaborative law practice to Marion County as she believes in resolving matters with respect and mutual negotiation.

Although Collaborative Law is primarily associated with divorce matters, Jennifer highly encourages the use of the Collaborative process in any family law matter.

Jennifer has known she wanted to be a lawyer for as long as she can remember. She began working in law offices between Ocala and Gainesville, FL beginning in 2001. In 2007, Jennifer settled down in Ocala, Florida as a paralegal and office manager in a firm that practiced solely Family Law. Since then, Jennifer has worked to become an integral part of the family law sector in Marion County. While Jennifer’s passion has always been to help others, it was during her time focusing solely on helping families that she developed her belief that family law should be practiced intentionally.

As a Marion County native, Jennifer is proud to be an active member of the community as a Business Partner with Howard Middle School and a supporter of Interfaith Services. Outside of the office, she is a dedicated wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her family going on adventures, traveling, and enjoying new experiences.

Jessica is often the first point of contact as she is responsible for directing the flow of communications for clients, prospective clients, other attorneys, and judges’ offices.

Jessica has a passion for helping others through difficult times. She understands that contact is often made with the office for issues which are sensitive, emotional, and trying. She is here to listen to your concerns and help you get the answers you need.

When Jessica is not busy assisting with your family matters, she enjoys making memories with her own family. She and her family love animals and love to go on adventures to the zoo, museums, and, of course, the beach.

Aly is often the second point of contact. Aly is responsible for managing the daily communications that are received and providing updates and responses to same. If Jessica is not available, Aly steps up and assists. Aly also keeps busy supporting the needs of Mrs. Darley and the remainder of the staff.

Aly has an intense compassion for others and strives to make a positive impact on our clients, as well as the community and those in need. Perhaps most importantly, Aly believes that honesty is the foundation of all meaningful relationships and work. That’s why she always strives to be transparent, straightforward, and truthful in everything she does.

Outside of the office, Aly enjoys being creative and spending time with her daughter. Aly is nature-loving and has always felt most at home in the great outdoors, spending countless hours exploring the natural beauty of her surroundings. Aly’s love of nature isn’t just a hobby – it’s also a source of inspiration for her creative work. As an amateur photographer, she is constantly drawing on the beauty of the world around her to create meaningful and impactful photographs.

Allison is the contact person for clients with the last name starting with the letters “A” through “L.” Allison is also responsible for scheduling all proceedings for Mrs. Darley with the Courts, other attorneys, and mediators.

Allison has always had a passion for helping people, which is what led her to work in the legal field. Allison received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. Allison has several years’ experience as a paralegal and has worked in a wide variety of legal areas, including criminal, personal injury, estate planning, real estate transactions, and now, exclusively, family law.

If asked, Allison will tell you that her greatest achievements in life are being a Mama and Wife. Allison has been with her husband since 2012 and married since 2018. Together Allison and her husband have a beautiful, spunky, animal loving little girl. Allison was born and raised on the Space Coast and when it’s not deer hunting season, she enjoys spending her free time out on the water. When she isn’t hunting or on the water, Allison enjoys creating personalized items for her customers through her business, The Happy Cow Clothing Co.

Tabitha is responsible for the daily management of Mrs. Darley’s practice, which includes handling administrative responsibilities, helping Mrs. Darley with her charitable endeavors, and billing. Additionally, Tabitha is the contact person for clients with the last name starting with the letters “M” through “Z.”

Tabitha has over twenty (20) years of management experience and has been with Mrs. Darley since June 2021. Tabitha believes that accuracy, attention to detail, and honesty are of the utmost importance in her daily responsibilities.

When Tabitha is not busy with the office, she likes to spend her time with her family, friends, and dog, Hank. Tabitha gets irrationally excited when talking about plants and is a music enthusiast. Tabitha enjoys the outdoors and loves attending music festivals.
